Day 1: Write a letter to yourself telling yourself how awesome you are. Take a Pic of yourself, Print the pic and date it put both the photo and Letter in an envelope and place it under your pillow. Whenever your feeling discourage, insecure, or need some reassurance just read your letter.
Day 2: Honestly, ask yourself why are you single? What does being single mean to you? Do you want to be in a relationship? What happened to your last relationships?
Day: 3 Write some traits down about your self that you do not like. Think of some ways you can improve on them.
Day 4: Grab a friend and go for a jog, and talk about ways you can improve your friendship.
Day 5: Create a Vision Board. What do you want in your life? What images represent your dreams? What words inspire you to move forward? Turn your dreams into reality by creating a Vision Board.
Day 6: Work out. It's nothing like keeping the body right. Working out promotes self confidence.
Day 7: What would you say your 3 best traits are?
Day 8: Write down 5 qualities that you're looking for in a mate. If someone came along and only had 2 of those 5 qualities would you give them a chance?? Would it depend on the 2 qualities they possess: if so, which two are you willing to settle for?
Day 9: Which celebrity would you say your personality resembles most and why.
Day 10: What song lyrics would you say represents you most.
Day 11: Listen to the words of Mary J. Blige song "Just Fine" and then turn the radio up really loud, replay it & dance to it.
Day 12: 10 things We don't know about you.
Day 13 Reconnect with God. Build a relationship with HIM or if you already have a relationship think about all of the great things HE has done for you & gotten you through.
Day 15: Take a walk, as your walking reflect on your life. Think about your current state as well as your future.
Day 16: Break a Bad Habit, for good.
Day 17: Take the time out to connect with your family. Call 3 family members that you don't talk to on a regular basis and ask them how they've been, how's life, and what's new?. You'll be suprise with some of the responses you receive.
Day 18 : Treat yourself to a manicure & pedicure. Remember to love yourself first.
Day 19: Go volunteer your time anywhere, remember Sometimes helping others helps you.
Day 20: Write down 3 things you have learned about yourself or improved since starting this challenge
Day 21: Take time out to reflect on all of your past relationships. Think about the positives & negatives experiences you have gained from each relationship. Write down your discovery.
Day 21: Try something that you normally wouldn't do like going surfing, rock climbing, bike riding, etc.
Day 22: Go on a date with someone you normally wouldn't go out with. Think outside of the box, maybe its a reason your relationships don't work out, could be that you keep falling for the same type of guy.
Day 23: Take the time out to set all your finances Straight. Set a budget or set a goal for yourself financially.
Day 24: Plan a girls night out
Day 25: Send yourself an edible arrangement
Day 26: Sign up for a class/lesson with a friend. It could be a cooking, dancing, tennis, etc.
Day 27: Look at where you are now decide whether your happy with your career/ life. If not take the proper steps to change it.
Day28: (Relax) Spend the day catching up on your favorite television show (s) or movie (s) you haven't seen in a while or always desired to watch.
Day 29: What female celebrity do you admire most and why?
Day 30: What does being single mean to you? Again.
