2. Cleaning up. Give your EX back all of their belongings. Do not give back any gifts that were given to u over the course of the relationship!
3. Pamper Yourself. Ladies: pay a visit to the hair Salon, nail salon (get a Manicure & Pedicure) & spa (a good massage could temporarily relieve you from some of the stress you've encountered from the breakup.) Do some Retail Therapy, & schedule a date with your Friends. Guys: sit in a corner & think about what you've done and all the stress you have caused because the breakup was most likely your fault. Lol just joking.
5. If you don't have anyone that u can trust u can find comfort in talking to a relationship therapist.
6. Keep yourself Occupied.
7. When you feel as though the time is right you should start dating again.
