Yes, it's that time of year again: Back To School! This edition I'll be featuring College Fashion for the upcoming fall season. Between saying goodbye to your loved ones, finding your assigned dormitory and class schedules, you'll have no time to put together looks while on campus. No worries though, below you'll find my Fab 5 College Trends of 2013!

1. A-Line Skirts & Sweaters

One trend that's blossoming this fall is pairing skirts with sweaters. Designers have brilliantly paired A-Line skirts with comfortable sweaters. This overall look is laid-back, cute and stylish for your learning experience on campus. Below you can see an example created by yours truly.

2. Knit Beanies

If you've been paying attention to the fall 2013 runway, you'll know that the knit beanies have been featured heavily. Ladies, not only are they great for covering up bad hair days for those early morning classes, but they come in handy in the cold weather and can be worn with jeans or dresses. Rihanna and Taylor Swift rock these looks effortlessly!

3. Statement Coats

Looking for a new coat this season? Try something edgy and chic with the "Statement Coat". According to Vogue and Style.com, the statement coat is the new glamorous accessory for the fall. Whether you decide on bold colors, fun prints, or even eccentric shapes, be sure to think stunning and memorable when choosing.

4. Over-The-Knee Boots

Although this is a fall must-have, ladies I know you'll agree that this is one trend that will always stick around! The Over-The-Knee Boots are sexy and stylish for a night out on the town, worn with dresses or skirts, but we also love the casual flat boots with skinny jeans that are great for hauling heavy textbooks and bags across campus. Classic brown or black adds sophistication and elegance to your wardrobe. Check out below some hot picks I chose for the fall.

5. "Night Out" Fashion

Of course if your in college every girl needs a variety of options for a night out on the town! Even if you're not the party type, there are still plenty of formal functions on or off campus that you will need to dress for. If your pressed for time, you can pair a simple top with a blazer, jeans and heels like Poppy Delevingne. Zoe Saldana wears the classic all black look with a full-length trenchcoat and fiery red lipstick. Rita Ora rocks a blue menswear inspire blazer, v-neck shirt and suede wedges, an outfit perfect for a dinner date or a show at a small venue.
